Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 7 Through Feb. 15, 2020

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Ryan J. Iannini, 37, of Sherman Court, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of third-degree burglary and first-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 3, according to state judicial records.

Stephanie E. Michaud, 23, of Anthony Road, North Haven, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 19.

Karen Boughton-Michaud, 58, of Templeton Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 23.

Alexis Nelson, 58, of Baltic Street, Hartford, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $100 bond with a court date of March 9.

Carlos Jofre-Aiach, 22, of Maplewood Lane, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, following too closely and defective windshield/wiper. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 30.

Jay C. Baldwin, 69, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12.

Alexandria Boynton, 36, of Hosford Bridge Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 17.

Erin C. Dooley, 28, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19.

Daysha M. Ruiz, 22, of Harrison Street, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 14 on three counts of risk of injury to a child and one count each of sixth-degree larceny, disobeying signal of officer, reckless driving and traveling unreasonably fast. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 31.

Kyra J. Carlson, 21, of Wilcox Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 14 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 18.

Eugene A. Young, 40, of Pomeroy Place, Middletown, was arrested Feb. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $500 bond with a court date of April 9.

David F. Feeney, 68, of Elm Hill, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 25.

Russell D. Kowalski, 38, of Hope Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $250 bond with a court date of March 20.

Christian A. Ochoa, 35, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 15 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 18.

Anthony J. Dechello, 23, of Jarvis Street, Cheshire, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and first-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of March 26.
