Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Steven M. Tortora, 66, of Middlebury, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 27, according to state judicial records.
Katherine M. Lawrence, 37, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer / resisting. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 2.

Ivilisse Urbaez, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 19.
Aurelio Suazo, 64, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of drinking while driving, operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 4.

Patricia A. Cyphers, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 12 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 19.
Kaden Hall, 18, of Guilford, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, reckless driving, unsafe backing, and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 19.
Frank W. Zito, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 14 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny, less than $500 on revoked payment card, receipt from illegal use of credit card, and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.
Sharon D. Little, 56, of Hartford, was arrested Jan. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, use of drug paraphernalia, and operating under suspension. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.
Edward A. Tomms, 67, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 18 on two counts of risk of injury to child and one count of third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 26.
Erik M. Wolf, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 20 on a charge of operating under the influence (second offense). He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of March 5.
Kyle J. Casuto, 43, of Greenwich, was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 4.
David J. Perez, 46, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 21 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, engaging police in pursuit, unsafe backing, reckless driving, and improper use – marker / license / registration. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 2.
Matthew Paonessa, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and traffic control signals. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.
Jacobo Cuevas, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and improper use – high beam light. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 6.
