Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 17 Through Jan. 27, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Robert A. Stawarz, 45, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 17 on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond.

Erik B. Anderson, 48, of East Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 17 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $1,000 cash bond with a court date of Feb. 8, according to state judicial records.

Jose A. Serrano, 27, of Liberty Street, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 18 on charges of criminal impersonation, interfering with officer/resisting, improper use-marker/license/registration, operating under suspension and defective windshield/wiper. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.

Marlen Vargas, 46, of North Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 19 on charges of first-degree forgery and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 29.

Diamond Unique Addison, 21, of Legion Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 19 on charges of failure to use seatbelt – child 7 to 15 years old, transporting child less than 7 and less than 60 pounds without restraint, transporting child less than 4 and 40 pounds without restraint, operating without insurance and operating under suspension. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 20.

Robert S. Seguinot, 30, of Morset Place, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 21 on charges of evading responsibility, improper use-marker/license/registration, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance and traveling too fast for conditions. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 13.

Ashley Gilberto, 31, of Claremont Road, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 20.

Joseph R. Lampo, 58, of Lloyd Street, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 4.

Anibale Beltran-Camarill, 27, of Market Street, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to have headlamps. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 6.

Katlynn N. Fisher, 29, of Veteran Street, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 13.

Joseph Sanabria, 23, of Maple Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 25 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 25.

Jerome Wisneski, 22, of Clintonville Road, North Haven, was arrested Jan. 25 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 8.

William Forbes, 34, of Woodtick Road, Waterbury, was arrested Jan.26 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 25.

Melanie S. Thayer, 49, of Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
