Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 2 Through Jan. 10, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Adam Maxham, 34, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of violation of protective order and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 7, according to state judicial records.

David K. Milner, 56, of Regency Drive, Windsor, was arrested Jan. 2 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 4.

Jonathan J. Brown, 33, of Howard Street, Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.

Aryana M. Damato, 18, of Russell Avenue, Suffield, was arrested Jan. 3 on charges of third-degree forgery and criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Tarn T. Granucci, 69, of Olde Village Circle, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey stop sign. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 1.

Joseph Marnalse, 52, of Kondracki Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Robert J. Lane, 26, of Dinatale Drive, Durham, was arrested Jan. 5 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 14.

Eric D. Kousen, 29, of Pentecost Street, Branford, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit. He is being held on a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Gary A. Paradise, 72, of Lynn Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of operating under the influence (second offense) and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 8.

John F. McGrath, 38, of North Main Street, Branford, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $35,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.

Rina Piroli, 59, of Judith Court, Northford, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, speeding, operating motor vehicle with handheld telephone/electronic device/text and failure to use seatbelt. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 24.

Robert J. Simler, 82, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 1.

Jason R. Howell, 39, of North Farms Road, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and speeding. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 5.
