Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 25 Through Feb. 4, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Ryan M. Graeb, 28, of Farmington Drive, Northford, was arrested Jan. 25 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, traffic control signals and failure to obey stop sign. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 22, according to state judicial records.

Eric Cillo, 44, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 13.

Emmanuel Numan, 46, of Burgundy Hill Lane, Middletown, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and failure to use seat belt. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 21.

Kevin Kelly, 34, of Basset Road, Branford, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of third-degree larceny.

Ryan F. Tully, 32, of New Hanover Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 13.

Justin M. Sarcione, 30, of Glenview Road, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 30 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of March 6.

Joshua Sweitzer, 39, of Quarryville, Pennsylvania, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Nicole M. Falero, 35, of North Turnpike Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of violation of protective order, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration operating without insurance and operating under suspension. She was also charged with violation of protective order on Feb. 7. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19.

Michael S. Miner, 33, of Chapel Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19.

Corey G. Little, 46, of Country Club Road, Cheshire, was arrested Feb. 2 on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 15.

Emil Stuck, 28, of Greens Farms Road, Westport, was arrested Feb. 3 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia, traveling unreasonably fast, operating under suspension and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.

Kathleen Nemergut, 68, of High Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 4 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 14.

Gary C. Wilfong, 51, of Baldwin Street, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of reckless driving, evading responsibility and following too closely. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 4.
