Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 29 Through Feb. 5, 2020

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Robert Rodriguez, 35, of Spring Street, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 29 on two counts of sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 4. He has pleaded not guilty, according to state judicial records.

Patrick M. Dixon, 33, of Alden Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper turn/stop-no signal. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 24.

Michael A. Florio, 51, of Anthony Street, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 30 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 5.

Justin T. Bunnell, 26, of South Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 23.

Edward S. Pierpont, 52, of Randall Drive, North Haven, was arrested Feb. 3on a charge of criminal lockout. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 24.

Walter Whitlock, 53, of Stanley Street, New Britain, was arrested Feb. 3 on two counts of weapons in a motor vehicle, two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, two counts of conspiracy to commit criminal possession of a firearm and one count each of possession of narcotics with the intent to sell, possession of marijuana less than ½ ounce, drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin more than one ounce, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics with intent to sell, conspiracy to commit possession of heroin more than one ounce and improper tail lamps. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of March 23.

Christiane Flores, 32, of Dwight Street, New Britain, was arrested Feb. 3 on two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, two counts of conspiracy to commit criminal possession of a firearm and one count each of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of heroin more than one ounce, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics with intent to sell and conspiracy to commit possession of heroin more than one ounce. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of April 3.

Victor Flores, 35, of Dwight Street, New Britain, was arrested Feb. 3 on two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, two counts of conspiracy to commit criminal possession of a firearm and one count each of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of heroin more than one ounce, possession of marijuana less than ½ ounce, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics with intent to sell and conspiracy to commit possession of heroin more than one ounce. He is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of March 10.

Mario Erzen, 31, of Wooster Street, Shelton, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of criminal impersonation and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 11.

Jonathan A. Cancel, 29, of Maple Street, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of third-degree forgery, operating without insurance and two counts of failure to display plates/inserts. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 10.

Alana M. Star, 21, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court and a re-arrest order was issued Feb. 10.

Anthony C. Basilicato, 30, of Meadow Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic and interfering with officer/resisting. He is being held on a $35,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 28.

Carlos A. Vizuette, 46, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, reckless driving, operating under suspension and operating with unsafe tires. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of March 27.
