Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 8 Through Jan. 13, 2020

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Michael J. Bendel, 57, of Pilgrims Harbor, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of drinking while driving, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating without insurance and failure to comply to state TFC comm regs. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6, according to state judicial records.

Steven Lozowski, 22, of Lone Drive, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 11.

Tomasz Golan, 33, of Colonial Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive upon right and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 6.

Susan P. Onze, 63, of Sunset Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey stop sign. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 14.

Loretta Tomasiello, 67, of Jeffrey Lane, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 6.

Robert Lanahan, 58, of Edgewood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of operating under the influence (second offense). He was released on a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 18.

Stella L. Kougnigan, 23, of Homestead Avenue, Hamden, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive upon right/ use of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 10.

Treviess Sasser, 53, of Algonquin Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 12 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $1,000 cash bond with a court date of Feb. 20.

Alex J. Woodworth, 24, of Cobblestone Lane, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to grant right of way – intersection. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 4.

Laura E. Lawler, 31, of North Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of evading responsibility – injury/ property damage, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating without insurance and operating under suspension. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.

Kerry R. Green, 39, of Rockaway Avenue, Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 11.

Eliovadis Fernandez, 26, of Crown Street, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 20.
