Wallingford Police Blotter: July 1 Through July 10, 2018
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
John A. Staples, 56, of Wadsworth Lane, Wallingford, was arrested July 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and is due in court on Aug. 10, according to state judicial records.
Isaac Velez, 33, of Queen Street, Meriden, was arrested July 2 on a charge of conspiracy to commit fifth-degree computer crime. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond and is due in court on Aug. 9.

Matthew R. Morse, 25, of Shirley, Massachusetts, was arrested July 3 on charges of first-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond and is due in court on Aug. 29.
Jacqueline Tatro, 52, of Rembert Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 14.

Kelley A. Angeloni, 42, of Flanders Road, East Hampton, was arrested July 3 on charges of second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond and is due in court on Aug. 23.
Scott J. Rametta, 42, of Bradley Street, New Britain, was arrested July 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounces of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating an unregistered vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, failure to display plates/inserts, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and is due in court on July 27.
Robert N. Dudley, 47, of North Plains Industrial Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and evading responsibility – serious physical injury.
Judah Hatten, 18, of Asylum Avenue, Hartford, was arrested July 6 on charges of third-degree larceny and improper use of marker/license/registration.
Alan R. Czaja, 36, of Deer Run Road, Meriden, was arrested July 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 21.
Kristina Rose Massaro, 23, of Mansfield Drive, Northford, was arrested July 7 on a charge of sixth-larceny. She was released on a promise appear in court on Sept. 17.
Shalea A. Osorio, 31, of Poughkeepsie, New York, was arrested July 7 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond and is due in court on Aug. 10.
Zachary M. Flanders, 21, of South Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 8 on charges of disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and first-degree unlawful restraint. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 16.
Frank M. Velardi, 57, of Savin Avenue, West Haven, was arrested July 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive right. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 31.
Johnathan Ranno, 22, of Ward Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 9 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 7.
Cailey M. Tozzo, 25, of Ward Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 9 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 16.
Rickey Ward, 40, of Hubinger Street, New Haven, was arrested July 9 on charges of first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 7.
Christopher N. Suprenant, 32, of Saybrook Road, Middletown, was arrested July 10 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and operating under suspension. He is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 16, according to state judicial records.
