Wallingford Police Blotter: July 1 Through July 8, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Bryan W. Russo, 28, of Kingsland Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested July 1 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 8, according to state judicial records.

Gregory Jacenko, 52, of Flintlock Drive, Durham, was arrested July 2 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 20.

Michelle N. Brooke, 38, of Williams Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 15. She was additionally charged with first-degree violating condition of release.

Luis A. Gonzalez, 46, of Ann Street, Meriden, was arrested July 3 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 29.

Lida D. Butt, 53, of Pearl Street, Middletown, was arrested July 4 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 29.

Alberto Costoso, 52, of Saint Casimir Drive, Meriden, was arrested July 5 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 16.

Forrest J. Holley, 50, of Maple Street, Waterbury, was arrested July 5 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 16.

Ermal Myftari, 33, of Culvert Street, Torrington, was arrested July 5 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, failure to comply to fingerprint request, following too closely, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 22.

Sabrina Pandolfi, 32, of Cedar Drive, Cromwell, was arrested July 6 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 9.

Robert Keeney, 38, of Little City Road, Killingworth, was arrested July 7 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 20.

Robert Scanlon, 62, of Jennifer Lane, Wallingford, was arrested July 7 on charges of third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 15.

Jesse T. Marzullo, 32, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 7 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 14.

Bryan A. McLaughlin, 32, of Blackstone Village, Meriden, was arrested July 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 6.

Jose A. Vargas, 42, of Collins Street, Hartford, was arrested July 8 on charges of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $2,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 1.

Angelo A. Marino, 34, of Prince Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 8 on a charge of second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 13.

Leonel Sagrero-Cerna, 31, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 8 on a charge of violating a standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 5.
