Wallingford Police Blotter: July 11 Through July 18, 2018
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Robert J. Wirth, 56, of Keats Road, Meriden, was arrested July 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 9.
Joanna L. Perez, 34, of Osage Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to use turn signal. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 16, according to state judicial records.

Deanna Anderson, 41, of Halsey Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 15 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 23.
Monique Nixon, 37, of Nob Hill Circle, Bridgeport, was arrested July 16 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 20.

Richard W. Phoenix, 47, of Mohawk Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 16 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation or protective order. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 7.
Craig J. Player, 34, of East Side Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 14.
Danielle M. Tucker, 37, of East Side Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 23.
Matthew Gambardella, 39, of Willow Street, Cheshire, was arrested July 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
Melvin Douglas Springs, 52, of North Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested July 17 on charges of second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 17.
Timothy Rogalski, 33, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 17 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace. He is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 5, according to state judicial records.
James A. Bouchard, 33, of Malchiodi Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 18 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 23.
Deanna Lachapelle, 40, of Evanwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 18 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 5.
Carl A. Walsh, 62, of North Turnpike Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 18 on a charge of cruelty to animals. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 20.
Brendan J. Scanlon, 29, of Jennifer Lane, Wallingford, was arrested July 18 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 23.
Kelley A. Angeloni, 42, of Flanders Road, East Hampton, was arrested July 18 on a charge of violation or protective order. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 23.
Robert E. Hine, 25, of Thompson Street, East Haven, was arrested July 18 on charges of second-degree threatening and violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 16.
