Wallingford Police Blotter: July 19 Through July 29, 2018

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Robert K. Burr, 37, of Brentwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 16.

Luis H. Nadal-Rosado, 51, of North Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 20 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension and operating motor vehicle without a license. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 7.

Manuel Dejesus Arce, 56, of King Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 22 on charges of drinking while driving, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration and operating without insurance.

Wilfredo R. Traverso, 47, of North Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 23 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 14.

Dawn L. Ortiz, 41, of Ward Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 15.

Edward G. Boyle, 49, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 25 on a charge of false statement. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 5.

Jose Ramirez, 42, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 26 on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 13.

Kristen A. Marshall, 31, of Lincoln Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested July 26 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 12.

Christopher J. Talaska, 27, of Centennial Avenue, Meriden, was arrested July 26 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in a motor vehicle and failure to grant right of way. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 28.

Steve J. Rivers, 55, of Old Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 27 on three counts of failure to register – sexual violence. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 14, according to state judicial records.

Richard L. Meyers, 38, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 27 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 6.

Valerie R. Ogle, 32, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 27 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Robert R. Monty, 45, of Chester Lane, Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Jennifer J. Pearson, 47, of William Street, West Haven, was arrested July 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Adam Maxham, 34, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Jessica M. Charlton, 24, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on charges of risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 7.

Ashley Petit, 23, of Cooke Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and operating under suspension. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 10.

James C. Ryan, 29, of Sorrento Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 6.

Robert Duszynski, 41, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 10.
