Wallingford Police Blotter: July 26 Through Aug. 5, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Matthew J. Rice, 35, of South Parker Avenue, Meriden, was arrested July 26 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to renew registration. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 30, according to state judicial records.
Michael W. Kowalski, 55, of River Road, Killingworth, was arrested July 26 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, drinking while driving and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 10.

Eduardo D. Carrero, 54, of Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, was arrested July 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, traffic control signals and operating without a license. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 11.
James W. Umbro, 69, of Burke Heights Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 29 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 7.

Colleen Magoveny, 38, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 29 on charges of evading responsibility – injury/property damage, operating under suspension and following too closely. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 18.
Calixtro Cruz, 53, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was arrested July 30 on charges of third-degree forgery and criminal attempt at third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 5.
Michael J. Brady, 19, of Bradley Avenue, Meriden, was arrested July 30 on charges of sale of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 11.
Benjamin M. Plourde, 37, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 31 on charges of credit card theft by transfer and less than $500 on revoked credit card. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 25.
Joseph D. Dudley, 30, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 31 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 18.
Richard J. Karle, 55, of South Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 5.
James C. Whoolery, 51, of Osage Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 24.
Patrick A. Boehm, 33, of Huntington Station, New York, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, criminal attempt at fifth-degree larceny, operating unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating without insurance and operating without a license. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 18.
Devin D. Banks, 45, of George Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 4 on a charge of second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 5.
Eddie O. Pabon, 31, of Highview Terrace, Hamden, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 20.
