Wallingford Police Blotter: July 29 Through Aug. 7, 2021

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Roberto Narea-Loda, 32, of Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested July 29 on charges of home invasion, fourth-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 27, according to state judicial records.

Erin E. Scanlon, 25, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 29 on charges of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court.

Anthony W. Goriss, 55, of Balsam Road, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 30.

John Mason, 42, of South Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 20.

Crystal R. Cognata, 49, of Backes Court, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 20.

Joseph M. Jones, 65, of Backes Court, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 30.

Jill M. Ercolani, 50, of East Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 3 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 8.

Juan R. Figlewski, 34, of Fairlawn Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 3 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 17.

Ian Wiggett, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 27.

Edwin Sarango Encalada, 35, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 10.

Heidi L. Swift, 37, of Cedar Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 6 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 9.

Stephanie M. Guartan, 25, of South Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 7.

Juan Pablo Salazar-Barros, 37, of Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 7.

Juan C. Michaca-Rodriguez, 29, of Brondon Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of drinking while driving, operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, speeding, and operating vehicle without a license. He was released after posting a $1,200 bond with a court date of Sept. 17.
