Wallingford Police Blotter: July 9 Through July 17, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Kyle Wolak, 25, of Butternut Street, Meriden, was arrested July 9 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and third-degree forgery. He is being held on a $500 bond with a court date of Aug. 16, according to state judicial records.
Christopher J. Trasacco, 21, of Tennessee Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested July 9 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 15.

Jamie Walker, 35, of South Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 10 on a charge of evading responsibility – injury/property damage. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 20.
Edward R. Harris, 61, of Albert Street, New Haven, was arrested July 10 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting bonds totaling $2,000 with a court date of Aug. 27.

Jherson I. Lopez-Sarmiento, 27, of Kimberly Avenue, New Haven, was arrested July 10 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 13.
Robert Rodriguez, 34, of Spring Street, Meriden, was arrested July 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 16.
Colin McCarthy, 31, of Staffordshire Commons Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and evading responsibility. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 23.
Richard W. Drescher, 59, of Cooper Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested July 12 on charges of cruelty to animals, permit dog to roam at large, possession of vicious/barking dog and failure to comply with dog ownership requirements. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 22.
Anthony T. Dorsey, 43, of Bailey Avenue, Meriden, was arrested July 12 on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic and possession of narcotics. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 6.
Paul G. Boynton, 36, of Hosford Ridge Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 12 on a charge of violation or probation. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 16.
Torrie A. Long, 29, of Cass Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested July 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 22.
Virgen Matos, 56, of Crown Street, Meriden, was arrested July 13 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.
Sean McLaughlin, 54, of Twin Lakes Road, North Branford, was arrested July 15 on two counts of third-degree burglary and one count each of criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny. He is being held on a $25,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 13.
Ralph A. Capasso, 58, of Brentwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 15 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 20.
William Rivera, 33, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal carry of firearm under the influence of drugs/alcohol and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 9.
Omar M. Hotak, 24, of Thompson Street, East Haven, was arrested July 17 on charges of second-degree criminal trover and use of motor vehicle without permission. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 16.
Fernando G. Gomez, 52, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 22.
