Wallingford Police Blotter: June 23 Through June 29, 2021

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Phillipe Lombardi, 52, of Hall Street, Wallingford, was arrested June 23 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 11, according to state judicial records.

Steven O. Capers, 25, of High Street, Naugatuck, was arrested June 23 on three counts each of third-degree identity theft and third-degree forgery. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 11. He was additionally charged with two counts of violation of probation and was held in lieu of bonds totaling $50,000.

Kevin T. Butler, 63, of Forest Road, Wallingford, was arrested June 24 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 29.

Daniel Meyer, 33, of High Street, New Britain, was arrested June 25 on charges of third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 13.

Frederick R. Daniello, 39, of Franklin Street, Meriden, was arrested June 26 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 6.

Jason G. Jones, 27, of Fawn Drive, Meriden, was arrested June 26 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 2.

Eric B. Kudzma, 51, of Highland Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 11.

Frank J. Barboza, 74, of Silliman Road, Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 26.

Steven Hernandez, 38, of Parkview Road, Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 1.

Christopher D. Blum, 44, of Westpoint Terrace, West Hartford, was arrested June 29 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 4.

Johnathan W. Bodnar, 32, of Nells Road, Milford, was arrested June 29 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 13.
