Wallingford Police Blotter: June 26 Through June 30, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Joseph G. Ingala, 24, of Collindale Drive, Meriden, was arrested June 26 on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic and possession of narcotics. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 13, according to state judicial records.
Arnold C. Nelson, 37, of Terrace Gardens, Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, conspiracy to commit/sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, possession of narcotics and conspiracy to commit/possession of narcotics. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 31.

Nicole M. LaPointe, 38, of Park Street, Wallingford, was arrested June 27on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, conspiracy to commit/sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit/possession of narcotics and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 31.
Alex F. Trujillo, 52, of North Main Ext., Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 1.

Candido G. Rodriguez-Cora, 28, of Simmons Road, East Hartford, was arrested June 28 on charges of sale of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and operating motor vehicle with handheld device. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 2.
Roseanne Rios, 31, of Stanley Street, New Britain, was arrested June 28 on charges of false statement and interfering with officer/resisting. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 14.
Kevin X. Rios, 27, of Stanley Street, New Britain, was arrested June 28 on charges of evading responsibility – injury/property damage, failure to drive in proper lane, operating motor vehicle without a license and interfering with officer/resisting. He is being held on a $25,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 5.
Dominick C. DeLucia, 65, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested June 29 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 6.
Lynn Sanger, 57, of Moore, Oklahoma, was arrested June 29 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 19.
Jose Chapa-Bautista, 47, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested June 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 12.
