Wallingford Police Blotter: March 1 Through March 12, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Jose Luna-Mora, 32, of Huntington Street, New Haven, was arrested March 1 on charges of voyeurism and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 10, according to state judicial records.
Kristy McDermott, 37, of Wilmot Road, Hamden, was arrested March 1 on charges of sale of controlled substance, sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal operation of motor vehicle without tint inspection. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 16.

Alexandra McNally, 27, of Rose Circle, Meriden, was arrested March 8 on charges of possession of narcotics, first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 21.
Lamarkus J. Bourne, 40, of Newfield Street, Middletown, was arrested March 8 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 5.

Matthew L. Simpson, 32, of South Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested March 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ once of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to display plates/inserts. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 22.
Jessica M. Maxham, 24, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 18.
Deanna M. Lachapelle, 40, of Evanwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 11 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 9.
Steven A. Finkler, 54, of Elsworth Avenue, New Haven, was arrested March 12 on three counts of credit card theft, two counts each of first-degree identity theft and less than $500 on revoked credit card, and one count of second-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 27.
Patrick J. King, 30, of Zinnia Court, was arrested March 12 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 11.
