Wallingford Police Blotter: March 19 Through March 24, 2018

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Alysha L. Pulisciano, 35, of Laurel View Park, Wallingford, was arrested March 19 on charges of third-degree forgery, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Tamar L. Baker, 43, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 19 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, assault on a public safety officer and interfering with an officer/resisting.

John Voytek, 58, of East Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 19 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Michael W. Lawrence Jr., 33, of Foxton Court, Beacon Falls, was arrested March 20 on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of hallucinogen/ less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Ray W. Grindell, 50, of Juniper Hill Road, Windsor, was arrested March 20 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

Donald Lombardi Jr., 40, of Sharon Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Anthony Martinez, 20, of Ward Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 22 on a charge of third-degree assault.

Jane Morales Eggleson-Palermo, 19, of Ward Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 22 on a charge of third-degree assault.

William Robert Lee, 35, of Summer Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested March 22 on a charge of criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary.

Dikyree Oliver, 18, of Lee Avenue, Bridgeport, was arrested March 23 on charges of second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

John C. Ward, 28, of South Turnpike Road, Wallingford, was arrested March 23 on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass.

Luis A. Santana, 44, homeless, was arrested March 23 on charges of criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny, receipt from illegal use of credit card, illegal use of credit card, less than $500 on revoked credit card, credit card theft by transfer and sixth-degree larceny.

Ricky Ward, 40, of Hubinger Street, New Haven, was arrested March 23 on a charge of third-degree larceny.

Jennifer K. Tracy, 32, of North Airline Road, Wallingford, was arrested March 23 on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, interfering with officer/resisting, possession of narcotics, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive reasonable distance apart.

Jessica R. Swanson, 26, of Roxbury Lane, Wallingford, was arrested March 24 on charges of operating under the influence and failure to drive right.

Paul Quartuccio, 50, of Jobs Road, Wallingford, was arrested March 24 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to obey control signal.
