Wallingford Police Blotter: March 28 Through April 9, 2019

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Timothy P. St. Pierre, 34, of Stillman Road, Wethersfield, was arrested March 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of May 22, according to state judicial records.

Ray C. Warren, 43, of Crestview Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested March 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and operating motor vehicle with unsafe tires. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 21, according to state judicial records.

Matthew L. Simpson, 32, of East Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 1 on charges of operating under the influence, following too closely, evading responsibility, possession of narcotics and use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 15.

Timothy C. Grime, 62, of South Broad Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 2 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 22.

Paul S. Body, 75, of Hintz Drive, Wallingford, was arrested April 2 on charges of drinking while driving and defective windshield/wiper. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 6.

Kameron J. Butt, 25, of Valley Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 4 on charges of evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 2.

Zeljko Vidackovic, 54, of Ortense Drive, Wallingford, was arrested April 4 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 13.

Susan Gallagher, 44, of Calvin Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested April 4 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer/resisting. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 9.

Drew M. Fiondella, 50, of Clifton Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 5 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 5.

Julie A. Fiondella, 46, of Stetson Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 5 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 16.

Jonathan P. Bosta, 51, of Garvin Road, Hamden, was arrested April 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 3.

Krista Allen, 21, of Anson Street, Derby, was arrested April 7 on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 3.

Jessica L. Martovich, 26, of Christian Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 23.
