Wallingford Police Blotter: March 4 Through March 20, 2019

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Andres Dominguez-Juarez, 50, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and unsafe passing – left side. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 28, according to state judicial records. He was also charged on March 14 with evading responsibility – injury/property damage and following too closely. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond for those charges.

(Removed), 38, (removed), was arrested March 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traffic control signals.

Warren Watson, 29, of Grove Street, Meriden, was arrested March 12 on charges of second-degree assault – victim elderly or other, violation of protective order, second-degree breach of peace, assault on a public safety/EMT/Transt/Hlth officer, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, traffic control signals, failure to drive in proper lane, operating under suspension and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 9.

Nancie L. Strout, 61, of East Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 12 on charges of failure to take sobriety test and failure to obey stop sign. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 2.

Arnold Nelson, 36, of North Colony Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 16 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of March 29.

Jyles Irby, 24, of Colony Street, Ansonia, was arrested March 17 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 29.

Karl Staehly, 55, of Sharon Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 17 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 29.

Gary J. Sheehan, 63, of Western Sands, Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 1.

Alisha M. Rivera, 37, of Chicopee, Mass., was arrested March 19 on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, false statement and second-degree hindering prosecution. She is being held on a $150,000 bond with a court date of April 2.

John E. Bush, 34, of Sawmill Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 20 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to obey stop sign and operating under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 25.
