Wallingford Police Blotter: March 8 Through March 18, 2018
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Daniel J. Kinney, 50, of Hobart Street, Meriden, was arrested March 8 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass.
Justin Louis, 36, of Hazel Street, New Haven, was arrested March 9 on two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Thomas Holmes IV, 28, of Old Colony Lane, Cromwell, was arrested March 10 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, possession of a controlled substance/ ½ to less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Kathleen M. Hunter, 35, of Summerwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 14 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Virgen Matos, 55, of Crown St., Meriden, was arrested March 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
Christopher S. Poach, 35, of Fairlawn Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 16 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.
John A. Semrau, 72, of North Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 17 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
Justin A. Toczydlowski, 33, of Simpson Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested March 17 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of interfering with officer/resisting. He was also charged on March 18 with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, traveling too fast for conditions and operating under suspension.
Rafael Jose Alvarez, 31, of Hillside Avenue, Middletown, was arrested March 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
