Wallingford Police Blotter: May 12 Through May 16, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Oscar Olano-Flores, 39, of Clifton Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 12 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 19.

Kirkland M. Noble, 32, of Mix Avenue, Hamden, was arrested May 12 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 7, according to state judicial records.

Leroy Lyons, 30, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 13 on two counts of risk of injury to child and one count each of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of June 19.

John Burgos, 46, of Capital Avenue, Hartford, was arrested May 13 on 10 counts of third-degree burglary and one count each of second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny. He is being held on a $35,000 bond with a court date of June 18.

Peter T. Nelson, 60, of North Plains Industrial Road, Wallingford, was arrested May 14 on three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of June 19.

Joseph Williams, 23, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested May 15 on a charge of voyeurism with malice. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 20.

Treavon W. Burch, 28, of North Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 15 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree strangulation. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of June 19.

Robert M. Korzick, 63, of South Side Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested May 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of narcotics, failure to drive in proper lane and improper stop/turn signal lamp. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 17.

Erik B. Anderson, 48, of East Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 16 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 21.
