Wallingford Police Blotter: May 2 Through May 10, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Angel L. Alvarado, 38, of Foxon Road, East Haven, was arrested May 2 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of June 6, according to state judicial records.
Sara F. Vergnetti, 38, of Country Lane, Meriden, was arrested May 2 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 7.

Erin E. Scanlon, 23, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 2 on charges of operating motor vehicle under the influence, operating under suspension – alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 3.
Wilman F. Cando-Nieto, 26, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested May 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 18.

Nicole Facin, 34, of Louis Circle, Wallingford, was arrested May 3 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree breach of peace and possession of narcotics. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 12.
Lucious D. Johnson, 66, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested May 4 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 12.
Barclay K. Deveau, 44, of Laurelwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested May 4 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 28.
Barrett J. Deveau, 43, of Laurelwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested May 4 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 28.
Karen A. Askew, 61, of Pleasant Street, Meriden, was arrested May 4 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 18.
Nicole E. Onofrio, 21, of Blackstone Village, Meriden, was arrested May 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 25.
Robert A. Methvin, 56, of Pasco Street, Meriden, was arrested May 6 on charges of third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 7.
Renee K. Cartagena, 40, of Tyler Street, East Haven, was arrested May 8 on a charge of third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 20.
Edward E. Farrell, 38, of Division Street, Shelton, was arrested May 10 on three counts of violation of protective order and one count each of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of June 17.
Andre R. Haywood, 36, of Blake Street, New Haven, was arrested May 10 on charges of second-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of June 21.
Robert Flores, 61, of Bronx, New York, was arrested May 10 on charges of second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, second-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of June 19.
Melissa Laliberte, 49, of Nicholas Road, Wallingford, was arrested My 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 27.
