Wallingford Police Blotter: Nov. 1 Through Nov. 6, 2020

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Nicholas Serino, 23, of Wynola Avenue, New Britain, was arrested Nov. 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving wrong way on one-way street and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 2, according to state judicial records.

Shawanda M. Bacote, 35, of Crown Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 1 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 11.

Daniel R. Mauro, 45, of Main Street, Seymour, was arrested Nov. 3 on two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and voyeurism with malice. He was released after posting a $35,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 21.

Antonio Valentino, 42, of East Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 3 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 23.

Jay R. Schonn, 59, of Jeffrey Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 3 on charges of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, assault on a public safety/EMT/transt/health and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 23.

Stephen V. Whitman, 55, of North Whittlesey Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 4 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $50 bond with a court date of Dec. 29.

Dashawn K. Woods, 31, of Townsend Street, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 4 on six counts of second-degree forgery and one count each of first-degree identity theft and second-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond.

Dillon W. Livingstone, 35, of Bissel Street, East Hartford, was arrested Nov. 4 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 11.

James M. Edgar, 52, of Williams Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 9.

Luis Rivera, 27, of Park Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 5 on two counts of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 12.

Daeson A. Benjamin, 28, of Norman Drive, Bloomfield, was arrested Nov. 6 on a charge of second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 2.
