Wallingford Police Blotter: Nov. 15 Through Nov. 25, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
James A. Tarver, 56, of Greenwich Avenue, Stamford, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 30, according to state judicial records.
David Gomez, 18, of Sealy, Texas, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 20.

April fair Fair Gieparda, 51, of Evergreene Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to comply with fingerprint request, interfering with officer/resisting, assault on a public safety/EMT/Transt/Hlth and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.
Brandon A. Tavares, 41, of Beaver Street, Ansonia, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, traveling unreasonably fast and risk of injury to a child. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 8.

Daniel J. Maginnis, 36, of Algonquin Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 10.
Andrew C. Soto, 27, of Kelsey Avenue, West Haven, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 16.
Debra L. Ridente, 61, of Westview Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 17 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 27.
Wilson Crespo-Carrero, 48, of Carey Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration, failure to display plates/inserts and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 10.
Kyle J. Butkus, 32, of Haller Place, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 23 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 15.
Edward R. Maturo, 74, of Ella T. Grasso, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 24 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14.
Kristi A. Earel, 48, of Heritage Woods, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 24 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 3.
Shalemar T. Freeman, 24, of King Street, Hartford, was arrested Nov. 25 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and interfering with officer/resisting. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 15.
Iesha M. Watkins, 39, of King Street, Hartford, was arrested Nov. 25 on charges of possession of narcotics, delivery of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 4.
Zaida I. Villanueva, 35, of Union Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 25 on two counts of second-degree failure to appear. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 22.
