Wallingford Police Blotter: Nov. 26 Through Dec. 3, 2019

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Heather M. Carrano, 43, of Lynn Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 26 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 3, according to state judicial records.

Greg W. Zawacki, 35, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 26 on charges of drinking while driving and failure to use seat belt. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Lauren E. Johnson, 35, of Carr Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 26 on charges of risk of injury to child, operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating under the influence with child less than 18 years old. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.

Michael D. Lanza, 22, of Crestwood Avenue, Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 7.

Derrick Villard, 24, of High Ridge Road, Cromwell, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 14.

Robert Rodriguez, 34, of Spring Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.

Jakaka Mann, 34, of Southwind, Norwalk, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 3.

Benjamin M. Plourde, 37, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 16.

Patricia A. Santamauro, 57, of Terrace Gardens, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 15.

Raul E. Avila, 26, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 cash bond with a court date of Jan. 3.

Alexis Nelson, 58, of Baltic Street, Hartford, was arrested Nov. 29 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 24.

Emmett Dalton, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of possession of narcotics, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14. He was additionally charged with six counts of second-degree failure to appear and one count of first-degree failure to appear.

Lukas F. Klescht, 37, of Carmel, New York, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics. He is being held on a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14. He was additionally charged with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear.

Daniel Maginnis, 36, of Algonquin Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 10.

Darrel S. Bailey, 57, of Spring Street, Middletown, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of violating protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.
