Wallingford Police Blotter: Nov. 8 Through Nov. 15, 2018
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Angel Garcia, 29, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 8 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. He was additionally charged with violation of protective order on Nov. 9 and is due in court on Dec. 18.
Joanna M. Charpentier, 48, of Stoddard Drive, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 8 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 10, according to state judicial records.

Daniel Rivera, 39, of South Colony Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 10 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 14.
David H. Martin, 33, of South Turnpike Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, evading responsibility and unsafe backing. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 18.

Michael J. Mappa, 34, of Fair Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of violation of protective order. He is being held on a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.
Shaira Huertas-Rodriguez, 31, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 11 on charges of second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear on Dec. 20.
Joel Maldonado, 36, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 20.
Shaun A. Jarrett, 38, of Frank Street, East Haven, was arrested Nov. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, drinking while driving, use of drug paraphernalia, sale of controlled substance and two counts of possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 20.
Lauren Rossi, 64, of Wadsworth Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper turn/stop - no signal. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 17.
Michael J. Cooper, 45, of Wildwood Road, Cromwell, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 12.
Jonathan E. Esposito, 38, of Terrace Gardens, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 9.
Christine E. Sweet, 42, of Terrace Gardens, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 11.
Jason M. Delbuono, 36, of Hemlock Trail, Oxford, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 10.
Jennifer L. Yother, 48, of Yale Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.
Timothy L. Haines, 55, of Gwen Road, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 21.
