Wallingford Police Blotter: Oct. 14 Through Oct. 21, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Lisa A. Whitman, 58, of North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond. She failed to appear on the scheduled court date and the court issued a re-arrest order, according to state judicial records.

Peter Garcia, 23, of Yonkers, New York, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.

Luis Mendez-Blandino, 20, of New York, New York, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.

Marcy L. Pelletier, 41, of Main Street, Middletown, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and third-degree assault. She has pleaded not guilty and is being held on a $50,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.

Brandon L. Osorio, 24, of Fenwick Street, West Haven, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was additionally charged with third-degree assault and violation of protection order. He was released after posting bonds totaling $100,000 with a court date of Dec. 6.

Kimberlee C. Russo, 54, of Stoney Brook Road, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 11.

Katherine M. Mezzi, 41, of Oakdale Circle, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, possession of narcotics and improper rear/marker lamps. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 5.

Luis Hoyos, 34, of East Main Street, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $500 bond. He failed to appear on the scheduled court date and the court issued a re-arrest order, according to state judicial records.

Christopher Esquilin, 37, of Maple Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 17 on two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and one count each of risk on injury to child, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault – firearm and first-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $150,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.

Dorian L. St. James, 46, of Gale Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 17 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 26.

Steven P. Berube, 56, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, evading responsibility – injury/property damage and unsafe movement of stopped vehicle. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 10.

John Odell, 29, of Curve Hill, Cheshire, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving wrong way – divided highway. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 22.

Michael J. Mappa, 34, of Crown Street Ext., Meriden, was arrested Oct. 20 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 3.

Marvin Wright, 27, of East Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 21 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 3.
