Wallingford Police Blotter: Oct. 23 Through Nov. 6, 2018
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Tyshema Byrd-Eaddy, 41, of Barbour Street, Hartford, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 3, according to state judicial records.
Shannon L. Fabrizio, 40, of North Main Street Ext., Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 25 on a charge of misuse of emergency 911 – false alarm. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 10.

Lisa A. Whitman, 57, of North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 26 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 4, according to state judicial records.
Angela M. Pesapane, 23, of Upper State Street, North Haven, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegal operation of motor vehicle without tint inspection. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 19.

Roshaunda Burton, 30, of Cook Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and failure to comply with fingerprint request. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 5.
George M. Vlahos, 48, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 29 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer/resisting. He is being held on a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 18.
Joel Cepeda, 20, of South Parker Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 29 on charges of sale of controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia/less than ½ ounce of marijuana. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 13.
Randal Cruz, 25, of Jane Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Oct. 30 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He is due in court on Dec. 5.
Antonio Cora, 27, of Weston Street, Hartford, was arrested Oct. 31 on charges of first-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 5.
Christopher T. Fuhr, 54, of Pierson Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 1 on charges of second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 6.
Michael A. Lester, 48, of Ella Grasso Boulevard, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He is being held on a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 5.
Catherine P. Tracy, 58, of Federal Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 21.
Angela A. Mastroianni, 45, of Charter Oak, East Haven, was arrested Nov. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Dec. 13.
Michelle Angeloni, 28, of Parker Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.
James M. McCormack, 24, of South Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 4.
