Wallingford Police Blotter: Oct. 3 Through Oct. 12, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Kevin L. Murphy, 32, of Blatchley Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Oct. 3 on charges of sale of hallucinogen / narcotic, possession of narcotics, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating without insurance and tinted auto glass requirements. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 19, according to state judicial records.

Peter L. Amparo, 26, of Louis Circle, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of risk of injury to child, fifth-degree larceny, third-degree assault and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 12.

Katlyn E. Porter, 29, of Rivermead Boulevard, East Hartford, was arrested Oct. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer/resisting and operating motor vehicle under suspension. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 12.

Alicia M. Weijkuc, 32, of Middletown Avenue, North Haven, was arrested Oct. 6 on a charge of operating motor vehicle under the influence (3rd/Subs). She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 20.

Charles B. Rodriguez, 28, of Woodbury Circle, Middletown, was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of narcotics. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 22.

Eric J. Krawczyk, 47, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 8 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 13.

Anthony J. Orlando, 45, of North Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 20.

Colleen Magoveny, 38, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 8 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 26.

Erica Vitale, 32, of Hope Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 10 on charges of risk of injury to child, possession of narcotics, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia and traffic control signals. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 21.

Ralph Pierre, 30, of Myano Lane, Stamford, was arrested Oct. 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 25.

Lamoya J. Franklin, 36, of South Main Street, Suffield, was arrested Oct. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 20.

Clifton A. Lumbra, 47, of Christian Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 10 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 26.

Rosemary I. Grullon-Aquino, 32, of North Turnpike Road, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 6.

Johnathan Yanza, 32, of Fair Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 12 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 21.

Minaihab Ihab Khella, 19, of North Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 12 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 21.
