Wallingford Police Blotter: Oct. 9 Through Oct. 24 2018

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Adrian Stelmaszek, 25, of Bishop Street, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegal operation of motor vehicle without ignition device. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 30, according to state judicial records.

William F. Coitrone, 62, of Green Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 12 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 3.

Michael A. Moniz, 27, of Aspetuck Ridge Road, New Milford, was arrested Oct. 12 on charges of third-degree burglary, two counts of fifth-degree larceny, credit card theft and eight counts of less than $500 on revoked credit card. He is being held on a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 7.

Roland Clavet, 80, of West Dayton Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 13.

Susan M. Belcourt, 59, of Horton Street, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and interfering with officer/resisting arrest. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 18.

Shannon T. O’Brien, 30, of Plaza Drive, Middletown, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, operating without minimum insurance and improper muffler. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 7.

Daniel W. Smith, 60, of North Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 18.

Justin V. Charleston, 23, of Rocky Hill Avenue, New Britain, was arrested Oct. 16 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 4.

Racheem Hackeem Miller, 29, of Vinlen Drive, Windsor, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 4.

Gregory C. Weston, 20, of Orange Street, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 14.

Earlene J. Smart, 47, of Orchard Street, New Haven, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 5.

Nicole Ann Czarnota, 22, of Fawn Hill Drive, Westbrook, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 3.

Kyle A. Tomkus, 24, of Warwick Street, Middletown, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.

Paulina Perez, 34, of Beryl Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 30.

James Spada, 46, of Prospect Street, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 6.

Robert J. Simler, 82, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 28.

Jason M. Delbuono, 36, of South Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 29.

Anthony Hobdy, 37, of Foster Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, possession of narcotics and use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 21.

Raymond L. Stevenson, 27, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 19 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 28.

Martin J. Fahy, 40, of Lindsley Drive, Wolcott, was arrested Oct. 22 on a charge of risk of injury to a child. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 13.

Donna L. Petrafassi, 49, of Buckland Street, Plantsville, was arrested Oct. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, following too closely, evading responsibility, operating under suspension – alcohol and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond. A re-arrest was ordered on Nov. 5, according to state judicial records.

Tyler J. Steward, 26, of Hanover Road, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 24 on four counts of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 28.

Jay D. Sweet, 52, of Seymour Road, Woodbridge, was arrested Oct. 24 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.
