Wallingford Police Blotter: Sept. 1 Through Sept. 9, 2018

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Gregory L. Dingus, 40, of Clintonville Road, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 1 on two counts of violating a standing criminal protective order. He is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 4, according to state judicial records.

Fernando I. Heredia, 31, of Laurel Street, Waterbury, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of illegal possession of a weapon in motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child and traveling fast. He was released after posting a $2,500 cash bond with a court date of Nov. 15.

Tracy L. Catlin, 37, of Glen Street, Kensington, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 31.

Donald McManus, 25, of East Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 2 on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 30.

Robert Stankowski, 56, of Martin Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening. He is being held on a $15,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 19.

George O. Wooster, 26, of Jones Road, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and failure to comply to fingerprint request. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 2.

Matteo Annunziata, 52, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges of illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and failure to comply pass on right rules. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 23.

Thomas Johnson, 43, of Talcottville Road, Vernon, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges of third-degree forgery, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, violating readable/lost plates and operating motor vehicle without insurance. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 30.

Marlon D. Sweeney, 41, of Hard Street, New Haven, was arrested Sept. 5 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 31.

Stacy J. Burdacki, 38, of Matchaug Drive, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault – elderly or other. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 7.

Amy L. Ottochian, 43, of Pine Glen Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and interfering with officer/resisting. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 26.

John C. Olson, 19, of Hanover Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 5 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 29.

Philip J. Ramey, 40, of Indian Neck Avenue, Branford, was arrested Sept. 7 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 18.

Robert F. Obie, 58, of Staffordshire Commons, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 15.

Wilfredo R. Traverso, 48, of North Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 8 on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of protective order. He is being held on a $100 bond with a court date of Oct. 19.

Carl R. Voisine, 48, of North Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 8 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 18.

Mohamd Batainh, 47, of Hall Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 9 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 18.

James C. Parys, 23, of Alison Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 18.

Christopher Williams, 35, of West Haven, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, speeding and operating under suspension. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 19.
