Wallingford Police Blotter: Sept. 10 Through Sept. 19, 2018

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Kevin Kelly, 34, of Basset Road, Branford, was arrested Sept. 10 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 16, according to state judicial records.

Christopher Criscuolo, 51, of Colonial Hill Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 11 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 25.

Douglas Parker, 18, of Valley Street, New Haven, was arrested Sept. 12 on charges of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft, two counts of conspiracy to commit less than $500 on revoked credit card and two counts of conspiracy to commit receipt from illegal use of credit card. He is being held on a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 15.

Wilfredo R. Traverso, 48, of North Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 12 on a charge of violating protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond and has entered a plea of not guilty with the next court date set for Nov. 15, according to state judicial records.

John Battista Santamaria, 20, of Brookview Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 8.

Melonie L. Kremski, 37, of Jefferson Street, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 31.

Sarah E. Pulisciano, 22, of Ann Street, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer/resisting and violation of probation. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 20.

Lori Andrewsakis, 27, of Taylor Lane, Enfield, was arrested Sept. 17 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 6.

Brian R. Burr, 42, of Algonquin Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 25.

Katherine K. Hice, 43, of Monterey Avenue, Hamden, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 25.

Edwin Gutierrez, 22, of Fourth Street, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of first-degree forgery, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia, operating motor vehicle without a license, operating without insurance, failure to display plates/inserts and improper use-marker/license/registration. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Nov. 20.

Joao Joaquim, 26, of Olivia Street, Derby, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 25.
