Wallingford Police Blotter: Sept. 21 Through Sept. 29, 2018

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Angel Garcia, 29, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 1.

Dominic Hooks, 25, of Linnmore Street, Hartford, was arrested Sept. 21 on charges of third-degree identity theft, credit card theft, criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny and receipt from illegal use of credit card. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 5, according to state judicial records.

Christopher S. Poach, 36, of Fairlawn Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 23 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 1.

Kristoffer A. Fillio, 27, of Lee, Mass., was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of third-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 14.

Robert W. Frasca, 25, of Otis, Mass., was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of third-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 26.

Nicholas Minor, 33, of Erin Street, Middletown, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of operating under suspension, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 2.

Alberto Baez, 34, of Elm Street, New Haven, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 7.

Robert E. Peterson, 64, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 27 on a charge of first-degree failure to appear. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 15.

Alexander T. Spears, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 28 on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, use of motor vehicle without permission and third-degree larceny. He is being held on a $7,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 4.

Desiree A. Brittingham, 44, of Pond Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Nov. 13.

Julio E. Lopez-Vazquez, 29, of Twin Brook Road, Hamden, was arrested Sept. 29 on charges of drinking while driving, possession of narcotics, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 8.

Christine E. Sweet, 41, of Terrace Gardens, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 29 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.

Zachary S. Schrenker, 34, of Spring Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 29 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 5.
