Wallingford Police Investigating Armed Robbery of Convenience Store
A convenience store on Woodhouse Avenue was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday night.

Wallingford police are investigating the armed robbery of the Pit Stop convenience store on Woodhouse Avenue after a man displaying a “long gun” made off with an undetermined amount of cash, according to multiple reports.
The Meriden Record-Journal reports that the suspect, who was either wearing a mask or had his face painted, entered the store at about 8 p.m.
