WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 13, Luis Alicea, of Wallingford, purchased a Cash 5 ticket at the Shell Food Mart in Wallingford and won an astounding $100,000.
