Wallingford Restaurant Robbed at Knifepoint
Police are investigating the robbery and asking for the public's help with information in the case.

Wallingford police are looking for a man who robbed the Kenders Indian Palace restaurant at knifepoint on Tuesday evening.
The suspect entered the restaurant, located at 833 East Center Street, at about 6:50 p.m. and displayed a knife.
The suspect demanded money and forced his way into the cash register and stole an undisclosed amount of money, according to Lt. Cheryl Bradley.

Bradley said no one was injured in the incident.
The suspect is believed to be a white or Hispanic male, in his 20s, about 5-feet, 4 inches tall, wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and latex gloves. He was seen fleeing in the front passenger seat of an older model silver sedan type vehicle.
