Wallingford Sandy Hook Conspiracy Theorist Ordered to Undergo Mental Health Evaluation
Timothy Rogalski was arrested yesterday and spoke during a court appearance against the advice of his attorney.

A Wallingford man arrested yesterday for allegedly leaving harassing phone messages to Sandy Hook Elementary School staff has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.
Timothy Rogalski, 30, was also ordered not to contact the school, according to NBC Connecticut.
During a court appearance he said, “I don’t think I said anything that horrible,” according to NBC. His public defender urged him not to speak.

The messages referenced some of the 20 children and six adult victims from the December 2012 shooting and claimed the incident was fabricated. He also claimed the Boston Marathon bombings were fake.
Rogalski left four disturbing voicemail messages before staff arrived and spoke to an administrative assistant on a fifth call, police said.

He was arrested at his home in Wallingford and charged with five counts of harassment and one count of disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. His next court date is April 22.
