Wallingford Student Arrested After Posting Threatening Messages on Facebook: Report
The teen told police her post about shooting up the school was a "joke."

WALLINGFORD, CT — A student’s “joke” of shooting up Lyman Hall High School on her Facebook page led to her arrest earlier this week, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports the 15-year-old Lyman Hall student also mentioned the 1999 Columbine High School shootings in the post.
Police said the teen will appear in juvenile court and the incident did not interrupt the school day on Tuesday, according to the Record-Journal.
