Wallingford Woman Charged with DUI in Milford After an Accident
Milford police say an arrest was made this week and the incident occurred back in January.

MILFORD, CT - A Wallingford woman is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol when she allegedly struck a car in Milford in January.
Milford police said they took custody of Melissa Guarnieri, 38, of Dutton Street in Wallingford in regards to an active arrest warrant. Guarnieri is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol on Jan. 11 and striking a parked and unoccupied motor vehicle with her vehicle, police said.
She is charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

She is released after posting a $500 bond and is due to appear in Superior Court, Milford, on March 31.
