Water Service Line Leak Leads to Early Dismissal for Lyman Hall High School (Updated)
The leak took place on Wharton Brook Drive.

From the Wallingford Public Schools website:
Lyman Hall High School will be closing at 11:55 a.m. this morning due to a water main break on Wharton Brook Drive. The water will be turned off to the school so that the Water Department can resolve the problem. Transportation for those students who normally take the bus home will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience however it is essential that we work with the water department to rectify this problem.

Update, 3:30 p.m.
Wallingford Water and Sewer Department Director George Adair told the Meriden Record-Journal that the the issue was not a water main break, but a leak in the service line that supplies water to the high school and the line only serves the school and no other residences or businesses are effected by the leak.
