Weekly Sunday Morning Spiritual Practice

Mindfulness and Spiritual talks at the Buddhist Faith Fellowship in Middletown

The Buddhist Faith Fellowship meets on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a mixture of ancient and modern practices. Our meeting includes meditation practice, and a talk and Q & A.

Additionally, the Fellowship offers a full array of activities that include courses, a children’s program, a 12 Step group, retreats, mindfulness and meditation workshops, social and cultural events, and plenty of opportunities to learn about and practice Buddhism in the contemporary American context.

Established in 2001, the Fellowship has evolved into one of Connecticut premier Buddhist congregations. If you are seeker or just curious, you are welcomed to join us on Sunday mornings.
