WALLINGFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Lindsey Bowman, 39, who was reported missing from Wallingford on June 21.
Bowman has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 4-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 100 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a blue tank top and black shorts with rainbow colors.
