The Planning Department and a working group of town departments and committees have been studying these issues. We’d like to share what we have learned so far and hear about your concerns and ideas for a more resilient Waterford.

Attendees are invited to join with fellow residents and business owners to discuss solutions and get expert support from design professionals.

The workshop is part of a study that will provide the town with information and tools to prioritize capital projects, operational improvements and regulations to increase resiliency.

The study is being paid for by a $175,000 Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), which the town applied for and received from the State of Connecticut Department of Housing in 2016.
