Massive Residential Project Pitched For Waterford Site: Report
A property that's been tied up in a federal investigation could be the site of hundreds of apartments and homes, according to a report.
WATERFORD, CT — A project being pitched in Waterford would include up to 750 homes and apartments, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.
The project would be located at 140 Waterford Parkway S. on nearly 190 acres of land.
The property is close by to the Crystal Mall, where General Dynamics Electric Boat, a submarine builder, is planning to expand operations.

The proposal is under the control of a court-appointed trustee who took possession of the property last year following a federal investigation.
