IDs Of 2 Victims In Fatal Waterford Crash Released: Police
Police have identified two people killed in an accident in Waterford over the weekend.

WATERFORD, CT — Police have identified two victims killed in a crash early Saturday morning. Dylan Richey, 24, of Monument, Colorado, and Bramm Miller, 23, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, died in the accident.
The driver, a 21-year-old Bloomfield, Colorado man, was injured.
Waterford police said officers responded to a single-car crash near Cross and Foster roads shortly before 5:30 a.m. A preliminary investigation found a 2005 Subaru Legacy was traveling north on Cross Road when the driver lost control. When officers arrived, they found the Subaru resting against a stone wall.

According to police, three people were inside the car at the time of the crash. All were taken to the hospital. Police said the driver's injuries were not life-threatening, while the two passengers, Richey and Miller, died at the hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
