New Liberty Bank Branch Manager in Quaker Hill

Liberty Bank is Helping Customers Find Their Banking Made Easier Place with a New Quaker Hill Branch Manager.

WATERFORD, CT - Liberty Bank is proud to announce the recent promotion of Katherine Ludwig to Branch Manager at its Quaker Hill location (31 Norwich Road). Katherine has more than 20 years of experience in Retail Banking and started her banking career at Bank of Boston, which merged with Fleet Bank and eventually became Bank of America.

In May of 2015, Katherine joined the Liberty Bank team as a community Bank Assistant Manager at its downtown New London office before moving to the Quaker Hill Branch in March of 2017, according to a release. (To sign up for Waterford breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

In her spare time, Katherine enjoys giving back to her community. She volunteers for the Dress for Success Mentor Program and United Way of Southeastern Connecticut as a food bank helper.

Katherine also likes helping local children, in addition to her daughter and six step children, learn how to read. She’s an avid supporter of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity and March of Dimes.

Two of her highest honors were when she received a Top Performer Award in Retail Banking and Distribution and completed the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut’s leadership program. Katherine is a proud member of the Military Service Affiliates Group, is a Connecticut Notary Public and currently resides in Uncasville with her daughter and fiancé.

She is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree from Post University.

As the Quaker Hill Branch Manager, Katherine will focus on building lasting relationships and working closely with customers to help them achieve short- and long-term financial goals. Congratulations, Katherine, on your new role at Liberty Bank.
