New Waterford Municipal Complex Plans Presented To Town Officials

Plans for a new $11.7 million municipal complex​ in Waterford were recently presented to town officials.

WATERFORD, CT — Plans for a new $11.7 million municipal complex were unveiled Wednesday to town officials, the New London Day reported. The project involves both site remediation and demolition of any dilapidated structures at 1000 Hartford Turnpike in addition to construction of the complex.

Officials said the new 53,500-square-foot facility would house the town garage and offices, according to the Day. The project will now go through various town committees over the coming months as officials continue to develop and asses various aspects it.
