• Niantic River Boat Launch Overflow Parking Improvements Completed In Waterford (patch.com) — Waterford residents now have expanded, paved overflow parking at the Niantic River State Boat Launch, thanks to a joint project between the town and Connecticut DEEP. The upgraded Mago Point lot adds marked spaces, lighting, sidewalks, and a stormwater rain garden, with clear rules for boaters and general visitors to improve access to the river, Long Island Sound, and nearby businesses.
