Police Seek Identity of Suspected Waterford Ulta Shoplifter

WATERFORD, CT - The Waterford Police Department has taken to social media to ask the public's help in identifying a woman suspected of larceny.

Police said the female suspect was caught on surveillance video during a shoplifting incident at the Waterford Ulta, according to a release. The incident occurred on Wednesday at approximately 3:40 pm.

The suspect stole several cosmetic items from the store.
